Insurance/Payment Information

At Red River Endodontics, we are committed to providing you with the best possible care.  If you have dental insurance, we will gladly file your insurance the date of service.  Please note having dental insurance does not always guarantee coverage or payment of services received at our office. We encourage you to contact your insurance company directly should you have questions about your covered benefits or out-of-pocket expenses.

We are a participating provider of all Delta Dental PPO/Premier plans, Blue Cross Blue Shield of ND, and United Concordia. With these dental plans, you will be asked to pay a deposit towards your out-of-pocket expense on the day of service. Your account will be reconciled upon payment from your dental insurance company. We will send out a final billing once payment is received here.  Any remaining balance not covered by insurance will be billed out and considered your responsibility. If your deposit exceeds your total patient liability, a refund in the amount of over payment will be issued to you. 

For out-of-network insurance, we will file your insurance on the day of service.  Your insurance company will remit payment to you for their covered portion so we will collect payment in full from you the date of service. Most insurance companies will respond within 3-4 weeks. 

For self-pay (no dental insurance), payment is due the date of service. A five percent (5%) discount may be given for payment-in-full the day of service with all personal check payments.  If other payment arrangements are needed, these must be arranged prior to date of service.

Please bring your insurance card and subscriber information with you to your appointment so that we can expedite insurance filing.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Care Credit, personal check, or cash.
