At Red River Endodontics, we are committed to providing you with the best possible care. If you have dental insurance, we will gladly file your insurance the date of service. Please know that having dental insurance does not always guarantee coverage or payment of services received at our office. We encourage you to contact your insurance company directly should you have questions about your covered benefits or out-of-pocket expenses.
We are a participating provider of BCBS of ND, BCBS MN-UCD and United Concordia. With these dental plans, you will be asked to pay part of your out-of-pocket expense on the date of service. Your account will be reconciled upon payment from your dental insurance company and a final billing will be compiled. Any remaining balance not covered by insurance will be billed out and considered your responsibility. If your payment exceeds your total patient liability, a refund in the amount of over payment will be issued to you.
For out-of-network insurance (examples include: Aetna, Cigna, Delta Dental, Metlife, NTCA, Standard, etc), we will file your insurance the date of service. Your insurance company will reimburse you for their covered portion so we will collect payment in full from you the date of service. Most insurance companies will remit payment to you within 2-3 weeks.
For self-pay patients (no dental insurance), a five percent (5%) discount will be given for payment-in-full the day of service with all personal check or cash payments. If other payment arrangements are needed, these must be arranged with the business manager prior to day of service.
Please bring your insurance card and subscriber information with you to your appointment so that we can expedite insurance filing.
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Care Credit, personal check, or cash. (we do not have change so exact cash is requested)
